[worn copy, with creasing to covers, dog-earing at corners, a book that has clearly been read a few times; binding is solid, text is clean]. Trade PB Wild comic novel about the quest for redemption (spiritual and otherwise) of a drug smuggler fallen on hard times, accompanied by his good buddy, his faithful dog, and his boa constrictor -- all on the lam "from every law-enforcement agency in the Western Hemisphere." A cult item for years, this book was finally reprinted a couple of years ago, but this is the true first edition (a trade paperback original), if you care about that sort of thing. And I'm not saying you shouldn't. (And if you're a REAL collector, I've also got an Advance Reading Copy of this book listed.)
