1 Bradbury, Ray, and others Fantastic (January-February 1954) [includes "The Dwarf"]
Chicago Ziff-Davis Publishing Co. (c.1953) NO (Vol. 3, No. 1) Wraps Very Good Illustrated by (cover) Vernon Kramer
[moderate wear, a little creasing to covers; binding solid, pages supple, lightly browned at edges]. The Bradbury story is "The Dwarf" (this may possibly be its first printing, although nothing in the magazine itself either confirms or contradicts that). Other contributors include Algis Budrys ("Scream at Sea"), Jerome Bixby ("The Good Dog"), William P. McGivern ("Mr. Dittman's Monsters"), and Vern Fearing ("The Odyssey of Henry Thistle," a story which includes a character named George Bullwinkle!).

2 Bradbury, Ray Farewell Summer
New York William Morrow (c.2006) 0-06-113154-7 / 9780061131547 First Edition Hardcover Fine in Near Fine dj Illustrated by (dj design) Tom Lau
[book is clean and flawless; ditto the jacket, except for a very slight rippling, caused by its having previously been encased in a paper-lined jacket protector (now replaced with an unlined cover), which has stretched it out just a teensy bit]. A sequel to Bradbury's semi-autobiographical 1957 novel "Dandelion Wine" -- and, as it turned out, also his last published novel.

3 Bradbury, Ray The Illustrated Man [*SIGNED*]
Garden City NY Doubleday & Company, Inc. [1958, c.1951] Later Printing Hardcover Very Good in Very Good dj Illustrated by (dj design) Sydney Butchkes Signed by Author
(price-clipped) [virtually no wear to book, but the front hinge is starting to crack so tender handling required; jacket faded at spine but otherwise just lightly worn, with a touch of visible wear along the top edge]. SIGNED by the author on the ffep, above which he has written the name of the inscribee, followed by an exclamation point. Early Bradbury collection of 18 stories (the jacket copy says 20, but that includes the Prologue and Epilogue), built around the concept of a tattooed ex-circus freak whose numerous body-illustrations each provide the basis for one of the stories. A number of the stories, all but one of which had been previously published, have been adapted for various media (radio, TV, film, music); the most-remembered adaptation is probably the 1969 feature film THE ILLUSTRATED MAN, directed by Jack Smight and starring Rod Steiger, which incorporated three stories ("The Veldt," "The Long Rain" and "The Last Night of the World") into an expanded version of the Prologue and Epilogue. (Bradbury was not involved in the adaptation.) NOTE that I've dated this printing as 1958 per the reference in the rear jacket blurb his "more recent, best-selling [book] 'Dandelion Wine'," which was published in September 1957; ALSO NOTE that while this edition retains the Sydney Butchkes front-panel jacket art from the first edition, the rear jacket panel is different, and features a then-more-contemporary photo of Bradbury, by George Cserna.
