[nice clean copy, minor surface wear to covers, light bumping/bending to bottom corner of front cover and first few pages]. Trade PB (facsimiles) INSCRIBED briefly and SIGNED by the author on the title page. Straightforward reproductions of the one-page death certificates for 182 "Hollywood notables from the Silent Era to today" -- a disparate bunch ranging from Abbott (Bud) to Zappa (Frank), and including, not surprisingly, most of the grisly, gory, tragic or just pathetic departures-from-this-earth for which American showbiz is so well-known: John Belushi, James Dean, Bela Lugosi, Albert Dekker, Marilyn Monroe, Dominique Dunne, Bonnie Bakley, Jean Harlow, Sharon Tate, Natalie Wood, Rock Hudson, etc. etc. etc. The author, per the cover blurb, was "a funeral service provider for 35 years," and was once referred to as "Mortician to the Stars" (by GQ, so I guess it must be so).
