The individual items in the catalog will be listed on this website exclusively for 60 days following the appearance of the catalog itself.
(In fact, they're here right now! The "Catalog #2: Women!” link, over at the left, will take you to an uncategorized list of all the items.)Let me emphasize that although the books themselves are viewable here, the catalog itself will be available only in printed form. (I will not be e-mailing anybody a PDF, for instance, nor posting the catalog as such on this site.) I dabbled a bit with that kind of distribution on Catalog #1, but finally decided that that whole idea just seemed kind of wrong. Here’s why: despite the proliferation of Kindles and downloadable books and iPhone novels and all that other e-stuff, I remain a devotee of the printed book – and I like the idea of a sales tool that is itself a printed, hold-it-in-your-hand kind of thing. So the "ReadInk Catalog Experience," so to speak, will continue to happen only on paper. (At least as long as they go on making paper.) So if you would like to have that Experience, just drop me an e-mail with your address, and I’ll send a catalog out to you, posthaste.(and now, back to our regularly-scheduled website)
