Greene & Hanff state that "copies without advertisements on the verso of the half-title page (which are probably still later [than 1923]) have the Woozy [on the spine] in red and black." This copy, indeed, does not have the advertisement on the verso of the half-title, although it DOES have the five pages of publisher's synopses (for five of the earlier books in the series) in the back of the book, without the announcement on page [343] (omitted from all Reilly & Lee imprints, per G&H); and the Woozy on the spine is in red and black.
