[minimal handling wear to book, a handful of small pencil annotations sprinkled throughout the text (see notes); jacket is nice and clean (apparently the original owner put a mylar cover on it right away), with just a couple of minor wrinkles near the top left corner of the front panel]. (B&W photographs, cartoon drawings) A history of unions within the Hollywood animation industry, "a unique insider's account of animators' struggles with legendary studio kingpins such as Jack Warner and Walt Disney, and their more recent battles with Michael Eisner and other Hollywood players. Based on numerous archival documents, personal interviews, and [the author's] own experiences," as an animator who at one time was president of America's largest animation union. This copy comes with a small bonus (at least I think it is): a unofficial one-page errata sheet compiled by the book's previous owner, noting various (mostly small but occasionally significant) errors in the text; these correspond to the aforementioned small pencil annotations, which can easily be erased if you are so inclined.
